Our studios use the latest computer technology to help us study our designs and deliver efficient solutions to our clients.
In order to remain on the cutting edge of the profession, we strive to stay aware of the latest technological innovations available to architects and the AEC community. In recent years, we have grown our expertise so that we can bring our projects to life three-dimensionally and present these 3D visualizations to our clients.
To accomplish this, we use a suite of 3D modeling tools including Revit, (an Autodesk product) designed for Building Information Modeling (BIM). Our 3D models are often used during the Design Development phase to help us chose the best building form as it relates to the project site. During the Construction Document phase, we use BIM software across all of our studios to document and build our projects virtually, allowing us to better understand and coordinate their complexities. This raises the quality of the construction drawings the contractor builds from, making for more efficient projects.
In addition to our architectural technologies, other technologies such as video conferencing and virtual on-line meeting software enable us to hold real-time meetings with our clients and consultants within the U.S. and Internationally. This has allowed our staff to successfully orchestrate projects remotely, when required. All of the aforementioned technologies are supported by our dedicated staff of in-house IT professionals, who do their best to keep our office technology current and operational.
