Architects Orange has developed
a new residential product type
to satisfy the demand for a product that is denser than
the typical three-story, 25 unit per acre product but
does not require the added cost of a parking structure.
The
product is
a four-story elevator
served building
and can achieve a density as high as
40 units per acre
with no parking structure.
This
product type has proven to be successful on the East
Coast and Architects Orange currently has two projects
under construction in the Las Vegas market and several
on the boards for the Southern California area.
