Located on a sloping site in downtown Salt Lake City, this project contains 125 units over a two-tiered concrete podium parking structure. The leasing and recreational facilities, totaling 4,200 SF (390 m2), are tucked under the concrete podium at grade. This project qualifies for HUD financing and fills the need for affordable housing in the downtown Salt Lake City area.
