A two level racetrack design was the solution to the challenging topography and the wetlands component of this 45-acre site. The round-shaped, double decker center with one internal mall allowed for maximum access and visibility of all 90+ stores. The outlet center brings new life to the retail business in Montgomery county and has become a world-class shopping destination.
