Located at the foothills of a large mountain range and within close proximity to the airport and a large metropolitan area, this mixed use project site covers 126 acres of undeveloped land. After completion of three phases, the complex will consist of 800,000 SF of office space, 600,000 SF of retail, hotel space and 2,500 residential units. The design approach applies an urban grid that organizes the development into distinct districts: retail, mixed-use, office, hotel, and residential. The grid features a mixed-use main street with residential over retail at the center of the project. The east/west main street is anchored by a Palm Court and hotel at one end and a large health club at the other. There is a grand outdoor, active plaza at the heart of the project flanked by restaurants and nighttime uses. A 5-acre park is placed in the center of the grid system and separates the lower-density neighborhood from the higher-density product.
