As we move forward,
Architects Orange continues to evolve and leverage the talents
of our teams as we provide quality service and relevant design
solutions for our clients. In this spirit, we are pleased to
announce that we have opened a new office in Scottsdale, Arizona
and welcome new Principal Larry Stewart to that office.

Larry Stewart
Larry brings more than 25 years of experience managing and
directing retail architectural studios. He has completed
hundreds of projects and millions of square feet in every
major jurisdiction within the United States including
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
From the new Scottsdale office Larry will pursue Retail and
Store design projects and clientele as well as support the
Multifamily, Mixed-use and Commercial Studios of Architects
Orange.

We are also pleased to
announce the arrival of new Principals Ken Smith and Rob Budetti
to our Orange County office.

Ken
Smith
Ken has over 30 years of national and international
experience including numerous award-winning retail and
mixed-use projects. He brings a dynamic approach to the
design process that has fostered long relationships with
clients and his colleagues alike. He has a reputation for
innovation and for bringing together talented design teams
that have set trends in mixed-use, retail and entertainment
design.

Rob
Budetti
Rob has spent 24 years managing large-scale, complex
projects around the United States and internationally as
well as managing major development programs for national
clients. He has been responsible for growing and developing
dynamic teams of architects and consultants that have
consistently exceeded clients’ expectations.

recently received the "2009 Multifamily Executive
Merit Project of the Year:
Low-Rise" during the 2009 Multifamily
Executive and Developer Awards.

Architects Orange is
pleased to announce that our Carillon project in Woodland
Hills, CA has won the Building of America Award from the
Real Estate & Construction Review - Southern California. The
project was rated as one of the most imaginative, unique,
innovative, and dynamic projects in Southern California and will
be featured in an upcoming Real Estate & Construction Review -
Southern California Edition.


Senior Partner Jack Selman
was recently highlighted in an February 2009 article done by the
OC Metro
Business Journal
titled "OC's Top Architects."

Main Street Village,
designed by Architects Orange, is the first LEED
Certified
(Silver) apartment complex in Orange County, CA. The recently
completed, 481-unit complex was described in a January 22nd article
done by the OC
