JPI Jefferson Stadium Park in Anaheim I Ground Breaking Ceremony

Last week AO Partners RC Alley and Ed Cadavona, and Senior Project Managers Mike Soto and Mansour Farazmand, attended the JPI Jefferson Platinum Triangle Phase I and Phase II Ground Breaking Ceremony.

JPI’s Jefferson Stadium Park is a three-phase development located on a 17.6-acre prime real estate site located in Anaheim’s prestigious Platinum Triangle, directly adjacent to Angel Stadium of Anaheim. A multi- million development, Jefferson Stadium Park is a 1079-unit luxury apartment community, which includes a 1.1-acre park, and 14,600 sf of community-oriented retail space.

Throughout each phase, design details include integrated, walkable urban environments, street/ground floor zones that are attractive, safe and engaging, with prominent corner elements.
Phase I will be a 371-unit wrap building with great visibility from  the freeway. The architecture includes large forms, vertical color blocking, an iconic corner element, and varying window sizes and patterns. The design has been calculated to attract potential tenants who are sophisticated and interested in technology. The design further includes venues to enable to display of local and resident art, a speak easy door to a gamer lounge, resort pool and tanning ledge.

Phase II applies a details city-inspired architecture, and large forms broken into grid patterns. The 376-unit wrap project will also included is a rooftop park with outdoor games, media area and game room, as well as a resort lap pool, fitness center and juice bar – all designed to attract a demographic who are well educated, interested in organic food and products, committed to physical well-being and are typically in their early to late 30’s.

Phase III incorporates an industrial sport theme, with movement and rhythm expressed with staircase elements, glass, metal and concrete finishes, and iconic corner element and plaza. This 282-unit podium bldg. will feature design elements including a clubhouse/skybox features overlooking Angel Stadium, space to showcase local sports teams, a resort style pool, indoor/outdoor fitness center, co-work space.

Both Phase I and Phase II will be completed within the next 2 years.
