Fullerton Towers Starbucks is On The Boards

A new post-modern iconic drive-thru Starbucks is approved by the Planning Commission in the City of Fullerton. This gem will be located on the convenient intersection of the converging Harbor and Brea Boulevards, incorporating mid-century design elements to complement the iconic Fullerton Tower building complex that sits adjacent to the corner site. The building exterior design is a modernistic-monolithic approach that transpires into a unique customer experience overall in this plaza owned by Birtcher Anderson, who is currently restoring and improving the center in its entirety. The project also book-ends a progressing city restoration facelift to Hillcrest Park to the south, across Brea Boulevard. The Starbucks will sit on the famed Fullerton Loop bike trail, providing riders with an opportunity to rest and relax on a large wrap-around patio with seating for 42 customers and ample bike parking. Plans for the Starbucks are in preparation for review and approval by fall of 2017, with an opening slated in early 2018.
