AO Multifamily Studio .:. Fairfield Residential’s Great Oaks Apartments Take Off!

April 2019
Construction on the Fairfield Great Oaks project is well underway with Framing on Building B topped out in segments with sheathing being installed and the parking structure at Building A scheduled to be topped out in the next few weeks.

“The entire team behind this project has worked hard to document it and get it permitted,” says AO Associate Trevor Morales. “It’s a unique project because it is located a half mile from the Santa Teresa Light Rail Station and about one mile from the Blossom Hill Caltrain Station. Now that it is well under construction, we are eager to see the results as completion becomes closer.”

The current goal is to turn over Building B in January 2020.

Project completion is slated for April 2020.

Located at the corner of Raleigh Road and Via Del Oro just half a mile from the Santa Teresa Light Trail Station and approximately one mile from the  Blossom Hill Caltrain Station, these two new wrap multifamily projects make up two highly anticipated sites in the Great Oaks Master Plan area of the popular and lively San Jose city. Site A is 2.59 acres and provides a 4-story building with 136 units along with a large private open space on the west side, while Site B is on 2.48 acres and provides a 4-story building with 165 units. Developed by Fairfield Residential as part of the Cottle Transit Village, the buildings promise a clubhouse, recreation spaces, and gym amenities tucked into the ground floors.
